I don't know if this is the best place in Santiago to visit but if you want to go shopping or have fun, the best place I can recommend you to go is the Costanera Center Mall. It is the largest shopping center in Chile and the second largest in South America behind the Leste Aricanduva shopping center in São Paulo, so you will find many varieties, it has a total of 300 commercial stores, it is also located almost in the center of the city so access will be very easy. It is a good place to go with your friends to buy clothes, eat something, have fun in the different entertainment areas that the mall has, go to the cinema to see your favorite movie and many more things, it is the right place for lovers of Shopping and consumerism. Also if you want to park your vehicle, no problem, the mall has 5 levels of underground parking. One of the main attractions of the mall is a waterfall that produces images and text through the free fall of water droplets. An anecdote is that since its inauguration in 2012, the mall has been the scene of several suicides and suicide attempts.
